Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase! If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
Please note: we take great care to show all paintings and art prints’ colours and sizes as accurately as possible. The images you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed to be a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
Can I return the original painting I bought?
If you decide you don’t want to keep the original painting you purchased, you have 14 days to contact us to request a return and refund. Once a return has been agreed, your item must be sent back within 14 days following the date of your email in the same condition that you received it in, unused and undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We can only provide a refund if the painting is unused and undamaged upon its return. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods in transit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (excluding the return shipping costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Do you give a refund on giclée art prints if I change my mind?
As our giclée prints are special orders, they are non-returnable and we are unable to offer a refund for them. To avoid disappointment, please read their descriptions carefully and check the print’s size is what you want before you order.
If you are concerned about colour variations, please check the print’s colours on multiple screens. We are careful to represent the colours as accurately as possible but the image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual art print is not deemed to be a fault. Slight inconsistencies will not be considered a valid reason for return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders (all our giclée art prints are printed to order) or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
